Our referral services- All "one off" requests that require our concierge team to book a service from one of our experienced and qualified vendors, will cost you $35.00 per request plus the cost of that service. Our Concierge Clerks- These professionally trained Concierge Clerks are available on call. The Concierge Clerks will perform most services themselves however any other services required, eg. Limousine transfers, the booking is included in the hourly rate of the clerk, and the client pays for the cost of that service. Any company or individual wanting to utilise this service should Contact us to discuss some discounted rates.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, cheque, cash or direct deposit. We recommend members to open an account with Concierge Contacts and retain a minimum amount of $100.00 credit in their account. The account will be used to pay for all services and fees. If the member is using a concierge clerk and prefers to pay by cheque the clerk can collect it prior to running the errand.

If you wish to place a particular service on your account, and provided we have your credit card details, the Concierge Clerk will pay for the services and then arrange it to be deducted from your account. The receipt will be faxed to you for confirmation. If you wish to pay by credit card we can keep your credit card number on file and we will charge your account after you authorise us in writing. Concierge Contacts will never charge a client without their authorisation.
